Leadership

Brent Noury, Founder

Brent Noury's journey to success in professional landscaping began decades ago as he grew up in his father's landscaping business and helped wherever he could. His parents were also instilling necessary values of hard work, integrity, determination, and perseverance.

By the 6th grade, Brent was interested in growing and selling his own plants and he built a greenhouse to use in that effort. Before he completed high school, it was clear that his passion for horticulture would lead to a career in landscaping.

Brent started his own lawn care business at the age of 18, adding to his capabilities as he satisfied each individual customer's needs. He prepared further by taking college level business classes, and, by the age of 21, he had also obtained certification and licensing in irrigation.

For the next five years, Brent worked throughout Florida, installing irrigation systems for residences, businesses, and federal highway projects.

In May of 2011, Brent established the brand PermaCulture to represent his growing business. This was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream that reflected his devotion to the art and science of landscaping.

Brent built his own team of like-minded landscapers. Their combined expertise enabled the business to pursue commercial landscaping construction projects that required a complete package of skills, from design through installation.

PermaCulture now installs as many as 1,600 trees, 38,000 plants, 3,200 cubic yards of mulch, and countless miles of irrigation every year. Projects have been completed in numerous business categories, including retail, restaurants, car dealerships, schools, and government offices.

Brent has developed strong relationships with suppliers throughout the state, allowing PermaCulture to meet the needs of any new project in the region. Under his leadership, the company serves customers in nine counties of central Florida, winning business over significantly larger competitors.
